Q: How long does shipping take?
A: All orders are handmade and ship within 3–5 business days unless stated otherwise. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is processed.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.
Q: I have sensitive skin. Are your products safe for me?
A: Our formulas are thoughtfully crafted with gentle, plant-based ingredients. While many of our customers with sensitive skin love them, we always recommend a patch test before full use.
Q: Can I customize a soap bundle or gift box?
A: At this time, our Best Seller Starter Kit includes a pre-selected trio of our most popular soaps. Custom bundles will be available soon — stay tuned.
Q: Are your products vegan or cruelty-free?
A: Our soaps and elixirs are made with natural, cruelty-free ingredients. Some bars contain goat milk or honey we clearly label those for transparency.
Q: What if I made a mistake on my order?
A: Email us immediately at info@conquerskinco.com. We can make changes within 24 hours of purchase after that, your order will be in production and locked in.
